the cocktail service was quite disappointing. i ordered a champagne cocktail, but it lacked the traditional sugar cube and didn't taste quite right. it seems they use brown sugar instead, WHICH isn't the same. I think the hotel needs to improve the quality of the drinks to match the price.

dog bed dog water bowl welcome wine increased price graduation fan absence air conditioning absence
i liked that the hotel had put out a cute dog bed for my dogs. it also had a water bowl and a doggy bag of treats. a welcome glass of wine for us humans was a nice touch too.
i chose this hotel because i stayed in others that were nice. this hotel hiked prices because of graduation. there was no fan or a/c in the room, i reported this and staff agreed it was annoying.
